INGREDIENTS
50ml Hope Small Batch Vodka
100ml tomato juice
10-12ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
A dash of Tabasco
A pinch of black pepper
A pink of sea salt
GARNISH
Garnish with a celery stick or some speared olives and fresh herbs of your choice
PREPARATION
Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir well until chilled
SERVE
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
