INGREDIENTS
60ml Hope London Dry Gin
200ml Indian Tonic
½ teaspoon pink peppercorns
1 naartjie, peeled
GARNISH
Naartjie slices for garnish
PREPARATION
In a tumbler muddle the gin and naartijie together.
Top up with tonic and garnish with pink peppercorns
SERVE
On the rocks
