INGREDIENTS
50ml Mediterranean Gin
40ml Campari
40ml sweet vermouth or Capertif
GARNISH
A slice or big zest of orange
PREPARATION
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well chilled.
Strain into an ice filled tumbler
SERVE
Strain into an ice-filled tumbler and garnish with a large zest of orange
